SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipping within 2-5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code to follow your shipment.

Shipping Rates & Destination

Free Canvas Shipping to Europe: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all canvas art prints delivered within Europe.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Shipping costs for posters, smaller items, or deliveries outside of Europe are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union (EU), the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country. Wolf Kult has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your orders promptly, Wolf Kult is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, postal service bottlenecks, or events beyond our reasonable control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Order Cancellation and Return Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the purchased items within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date on which you (or a third party designated by you) physically take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent via email to: info@wolfkult.com.

Conditions for Returns

For the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The goods were received within the last 14 days.

The goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

Exclusions from Returns:

The following goods cannot be returned:

The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we highly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the returned goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Initial delivery costs are non-refundable unless the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.
